With more of our staff working remotely, we had to shift our onboarding training from in-person to virtual. As Graphic Designer, I collaborated with the Internal Communications and HR team to create a remote on-boarding experience for new associates joining during the pandemic. We created a welcome package that was filled with swag, welcome messaging, and materials for success. The training was in two parts: an interactive e-learning for the brand history and a virtual zoom session that focused more on answering questions and building relationships with other new associates.
